01Order Processing
Every order is checked, steamed and packed by hand at our boutique. Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays; an order placed after 5 pm or on a Sunday is processed the next working day.
- Ready-to-wear pieces in stock are dispatched within 2–4 working days.
- Bespoke and made-to-measure garments are dispatched once tailoring is complete, usually 3–6 weeks after your measurements are confirmed. We share the exact date at your consultation.
- Alterations requested on a ready-to-wear piece add 3–5 working days.
Shopping for a wedding? Tell us your event date when you order. We plan every bespoke timeline to have your outfit with you at least a week before the day.
02Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, your order is handed to a trusted courier partner. Typical delivery times are:

These are estimates, not guarantees: weather, festivals and courier delays can occasionally add a day or two. We will keep you informed if anything changes.
03Shipping Charges
The shipping charge for your order is calculated from its weight and destination and is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden charges at the door.
- All shipments within India are insured for their full value at no extra cost.
- Bridal and high-value pieces travel in a reinforced garment box, free of charge.
- Express delivery, where available, is offered at checkout.
04Tracking Your Order
As soon as your parcel leaves the boutique we send you its tracking number by email and SMS, or on WhatsApp if you prefer. Most couriers ask for a signature on delivery, so please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel.
05Collect from the Boutique
You are welcome to collect your order from our boutique at 2, Co-Operative Colony, Majitha Road, Amritsar. Pick-up is free, and we will call you as soon as your order is ready. For bespoke orders, collection includes a final try-on so any last adjustments can be made on the spot.
06International Orders
We ship worldwide on request. Please contact us or message us on WhatsApp before placing an international order and we will confirm the shipping cost and timeline for your country.
Customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient. They are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
07Delivery Issues
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please refuse the delivery or note it with the courier, and contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the package. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, it is returned to us; re-delivery may be charged. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for returns.
