Messages — what you send us through our forms, email or WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically

Your device and browser type, pages visited and how you arrived at our site.
Your bag and wishlist, saved on your device so they are still there when you return.

We never see or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Online payments are processed directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the people who help us serve you, and only what they need:

Courier partners, who need your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.

Service providers who host our website and send our emails, under strict confidentiality.
Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights.

04Cookies & Local Storage

Our website uses essential cookies and your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in, remember your bag and your wishlist, and keep the site secure. These are needed for the shop to work. You can clear them from your browser settings at any time, though your bag and wishlist will be emptied.

05Keeping It Safe

Our website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, access to customer records is limited to staff who need it, and our systems are kept up to date. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable care, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, to protect your information.

06How Long We Keep It

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires. Your measurements are kept for as long as you are a client, so we can tailor future orders — ask us and we will delete them. Marketing details are removed as soon as you unsubscribe.

07Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
ask us to correct or update it;
withdraw your consent, or ask us to erase your data, where we have no legal reason to keep it;
nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

To make a request, contact us. We respond within 30 days.
